Intervju med Baggio efter matchen mot Jenisej, 15/3

How was the game today?

The game went well. I thought we were very solid the first half and second half we started strong. It got a bit tired and they out in 6-7 fresh legs but we held on and got the win.

 

What is there to be said about your performance?

My performance was good today. Worked very hard off the ball and created a few chances. Played well in the triangle with Dahl and Castro. I think we are starting to really combine well together in the middle. Today felt really positive in the middle. Defensively we were very solid in the middle.

Did the team play after the game plan or did Gregg change it during the game?

Yes we stuck to the game plan and it worked very well. Few times we decided to high press and stole the ball and scored a goal.

 

What do you say about the first half?

The first half was very solid. They had one chance of a free kick and converted but other then that they did not threaten us at all.

 

According to the reports you were playing more defensively than Andreas. Your comments on that.

I don't think that's accurate. Maybe because he scored it seems like he was more offensive but we did a really good job balancing each other off offensively and defensively.

 

What do you say about the two goals you scored during the first half?

The goals were great. All the attacks started from good defensive play and resulted it two goals. Even though the goal came from a free kick before that we did a good job recovering the ball.

Who scored the third goal; was it Castro och Billy… or even you ;)

Billy scored the goal.

It seems you got really tired during the last 20-30 minutes and the team had to concentrate more on defending. What do you say about that?!

I agree. The last 20 minutes were tough. They put in fresh players and of course their playing level went up but we did well to keep the lead.

 

What can you say about your opponents?

The opponents were a very solid team. It was a very hard team to play against.

 

How did Jenisej score their goals?

One was scored from a set piece and the other was just a great shot.

How was the quality of the pitch you played on today?

The pitch the hard but playable. We did well to manage the bumps and tried to play attractive soccer.

 

In Stockholm it seems that spring has finally arrived. Great news or what do you think?!

You have no idea how excited I am about some sun.

How was the training today?
Training was good today. Really short. Just a small warm up and then we went over set pieces.

Have you been practicing some freekicks variations?
We have tried a few different variations.

Who's first penalty shooter?
Looks like Dahl will be shooting pks.

What is your game plan?
Game plan is to medium pressure about the 70m mark and high anything after that.

What will be your focus?
My focus today is to play sharp and get some opportunities at goal.

Who is going to score in today s game?
Hopefully a lot of score, but I'm hoping Sinan nails a hatrick!!

Lincan tog sig som vanligt tid att besvara våra frågor! Och detta trots att han måste vara helt utpumpad efter ett, enligt uppgifter, mycket hårt träningsläger!


Hur har ni det?

Vi har det bra! Växlande väder, mest sol och bra träningar.


Har ni nya i a-laget fått göra något inför de andra etablerade spelarna; typ olika uppdrag eller liknande?
Nej det har vi inte. [man kan ju undra om han kommer utsättas för Sinan i hans härliga videoblogg]


Hur upplevde du matchen mot Kalmar?
Det var en match med fokus på det defensiva. Det var roligt att spela match även om blåsten gjorde det svårt. Men jag fick inte så många löpbollar som jag velat.


Ser Gregg dig som superinhopparen eller en spelare i startelvan!

Jag har inte haft mitt personliga samtal än. Men jag krigar för att spela i startelvan.


Hur har träningsupplägget varit?
  Det har varit bra variation på träningarna. Hårda träningar sen lite mindre hårda. Vi har gått igenom mycket positionspel och andra saker.

Denna elva ses av mig, liksom många andra, som Hammarbys tilltänkta staruppställning i Superettan. Dock, positivt är att det känns som om vi har en bra back-up på samtliga positioner, även om vi skulle behöva ytterligare en anfallare!

Kort information från Baggio, 14/3

Hi Fredrik and Fredrik!

Yesterday we had two training sessions. First session we did defensive shape and some small sided games that focus on defending. During the second session we spend time doing team shape and finishing. Second session was a really fun one.

Today we have one training session. I'm it sure what we are doing yet but I am sure it will be something light, because we have a game tomorrow. I will be playing.

The game tomorrow, the rule is that he have to stay organized and try to do things that we do in training.

If there are any free kicks, I am able to take them.

Yeah I will play next game.
 
How is the training? Does Gregg still want high pressure to get the ball back?
 
 We will pressure but only when we are ready for it. We will have to be smart and not press every time and it all depends on what kind of team we play.
  
Whom of the younger boys do you think will get a breakthrough this season?
 
I think Robin will be a great player for this club. He has all the characteristics to be a successful player.

Adis efter första dagen på Cypern, 10/3

Hallo Adis! How was the flight down to Cyprus? Who do you room with at the hotel?
The flight was really good. The 4 hours went by quickly. I'm rooming with Sabastian B.
We we came in we had a light session at night to get the flight out of us.

How was the training today?
Today we had two training. In the morning we did some defensive work. 1v1 and 2v2. The second session was more of a team defensive shape. Today was a rough day physically, but overall everything went well and seemed as Greg was happy with our work.

Cypern!

Hammarby drar till Cypern i morgon bitti. Vi på BFsköndal kommer inte vara på plats men vi kommer ha dagliga rapporter därifrån, tack vare bland annat Stefan plus tre för tillfället anonyma källor, som vi kommer presentera under veckan!
